FALL KNITS AND WHITE BOOTS!

Beautiful People…..how are you and what is going on with ya…..I hope you all are doing wonderful….there is so much going on in the world right now and also we all have personal journeys that we are on….me included! Let’s take a moment to be silent when we need to and gather our thoughts and recharge…. but we have got to hang in there because we all have a purpose and goals and I’m cheering for all us to find our purpose and achieve our goals!!! We got this y’all!!!

Heading into a new week…let’s not forget to smile…. yes, there maybe moments when we feel like crying and that’s okay ya’ll….as in my last post, we have to practice selfcare….it’s so important and especially during these times when things change so quickly from one moment to the next.

Bottom line, don’t give up on yourself or your dreams…I think the closer we get to them, the harder things seem to get…but this is when we have to buckle down and stay consistent and work a little harder….reach out to those who can help you and always surround yourself with positive people…those who encourage you and have your back! I’m so excited to see all the wonderful blessings coming our way…xoxo

Fashion Deets:…..For those who know me, know that I love my knits! There’s just something so chic about a knit…..not only do I find the material comfortable, I love how it fits my body. The pieces that I’m wearing are a “shop my closet” find. I’ve had both pieces for a couple of years. I brought the skirt first and for the longest time, I couldn’t find a top. When I got the skirt, there wasn’t a top that came with it…I got it from Ann Taylor at their end of the year sale…the price was so right, I couldn’t leave it in the store….and then a year went by and still had not top….and then it happened…..

I was at Macy’s making a purchase and as I was leaving, I happen to see this sweater….OMG…y’all it was faith….the “Fashion Angles” were smiling down upon me…I couldn’t believe how perfect a match the sweater was with the skirt…it actually looks like a set and how cute is the yellow stripe! So, I was so happy to be able to share it with you and I got to wear this to a friend’s birthday luncheon a couple of weeks ago. How cool to pair the look with my favorite white boots from Sylven New York……Ladies, if you don’t own a pair of white boots/booties, you must get a pair…..I’m enjoying them and they are the perfect accessory to so many looks in my closet!
