Happy February Beautiful People! My dress, shoes and coat are all from Dillard’s…..of course you can shop online, but I’m fortunate to have an AMAZING Dillard’s right here in Richmond at Short Pump Town Center!
Ladies, I have a question for ya…have you gotten used to wearing lounge clothes seven days a week! I ask because I was chatting with a friend the other day and she shared with me that she never gets “dressed” in anything other than lounge clothes and couldn’t remember the last time she wore any makeup….not even lip gloss.
Ladies, trust me on this one…..you have to wear something other than ‘lounge wear’ at some point during the week…put on a little makeup and do your hair….it’ll make you feel better. I know because so many of us work from home, it’s so easy to put on a look from your “lounge collection”, but at some point during the week, you need to switch it up and get dressed….do your makeup and hair and I know it’s going to make you feel so much better…it’s truly all about self-care and we all need to practice it more. And remember, even when you’re wearing the lounge wear, add on a few accessories for a totally different look and feel!
