THE VINTAGE COAT!
Hi Guys….I hope your week has been wonderful so far…mine has been good and I started back working out…pray for me y’all….the struggle is real. I’m going to do my best and be consistent this time…so, today’s post is all about this FABULOUS vintage coat…when I was home for Christmas, my sister-in-law told me she had a coat that I needed to see and she said that she thought it would be perfect for one of my upcoming photo shoots…well, she was absolutely right….just check out the coat y’all…I love it! She told me that the coat belonged to her great Aunt…the coat was passed down to her Aunt and now my sister-in-law is the owner!
I love wearing vintage clothing…and if you do as well, here are a few tips for wearing vintage:
Don’t wear vintage from head to toe. As you can see, I wore a black jumpsuit from Dress Barn and the coat paired with it made for a really chic look.
Don’t be afraid of mixing vintage with new.
Keep accessories simple.
If needed, have your vintage piece altered by a seamstress.
If needed, before wearing have your vintage pieces dry cleaned.
