Seeing Stripes

Happy Monday Y'all!  I hope you guys had a beautiful weekend. I have a question for you.....what's your "signature style"?  What is it that you wear that makes you feel your most stylish? Your signature piece...is it a pair of sunglasses, statement earrings, signature lipstick, or perhaps a jean jacket (I now have three) .  How would you define your style....classic, edgy, trendy, sporty, perhaps bohemian.

For me, it's classic but sometimes a bit sporty chic.  I tend to purchase clothing that will of course be beautiful today and still be in style 5+ years from now. Depending on the article of clothing, I will update the look with an accessory or maybe a new pair of shoes, a new blouse or sweater.  

Today, it's the sporty chic look with a dress that has become a favorite from Ann Taylor.  It's the Striped Slit Cuff Sweater Dress!  You will love it!  It's so comfortable and it's perfect for the business casual dress code at the office and totally the perfect choice for a weekend getaway.  I paired the look with my jean jacket that can be worn over the shoulder or tied around the waist and I added my white Chuck Taylors and white tote from DSW to finish out the look!
