Leather and Stripes - Macy's Style
Happy Monday Y’all…I hope your weekend was fabulous….I had a busy weekend…a mini photo shoot on Friday and I attended Macy’s Fall Fashion event on Saturday. Thanks to everyone who came out to show support…I can’t express to you how awesome and humbling it was to have a few of my FABULOUS followers attend the event…so wonderful meeting you and connecting!
The deets on the look: You have got to get a pair of these pants y’all…I love them….they are the Bar III Striped Faux-Wrap Wide-Leg Pants designed for Macy’s……the fit is perfect and they feel so good on…I got so many compliment on them and I paired them with the Bar III Crew-Neck Cropped Top! I wore by favorite black heels from Steve Madden with this look and my favorite gold earrings from J. Crew…the larger ones are soul out but the mini ones are here and The Giving Key were the perfect accessories!
Sometimes on this journey we go through bumps in the road where we feel isolated and it’s just a feeling that we really can’t explain…I’ve been feeling like this lately…as I have shared many times, don’t let the pretty clothes and pics define me as you don’t know what someone is going though…I have learned not to judge people…I have learned not to assume everything is fine with someone by the way they be put so perfectly together on the outside. These are the times if I go to that one friend that I can trust not to judge me and not to try to fix me, but to simply “feel what I’m going through”….
These are the times when I am truly thankful for those who pray for me that I don’t even know are praying for me…these are the times when I am thankful that God knows what I need before I do and he sends someone to me to help me along the way…it could be someone that I don’t even know…it could even be an enemy…for God uses everyone to serve his purpose….but he sends this person to let me know how much he loves me and that he is always here for me…I share this to say that whoever is reading this today, I’m sure it’s because you needed it for I believe you came to this page for a reason….nothing just happens….You’re get through this and trust me, I’m speaking to myself on all of this….sending you all lots of positive vibes….xoxoxo
