My Holiday Style

Hello Lovelies....it's taken me a bit longer than I had planned to launch Medley Style so I truly want to thank you all for your patience and for continuing on this journey with me.  And what better way to launch....at the holiday season.  My gift to myself and a much needed change!   

Now, let's chat about this fabulous pink outfit from Banana Republic.  For this shoot at Quirk Hotel, I knew I wanted to include all pink to compliment the hotel's Christmas decor and especially the pink Christmas tree.  It is such a magical feeling at Quirk during this time of the year!  You can find the lipstick pink sweater here and the eyelash fringe pencil skirt here.  I love these two pieces and I totally love mixing the two shades of pink together.  You'll be seeing more of this skirt for Valentine's!

And I finally got to wear my pink coat from ASOS that I purchased two seasons ago.  The fashion gods must have known I would need it for this outfit!  This coat is the cutest and I love the vintage look.  A huge thanks to my beautiful friend Ali of Alisandra Photography for capturing all the pretty holiday details and to my girl Erika Nixon  for always coming over early in the morning to do my makeup.

Style Tip!

When wearing different shades of the same color, I suggest using the ombre test. Different shades of the same color mostly always look good together.
